WY Key Club Member Point System

Yes!  Incentives, incentives!

The member with the most points at the end of the month wins Member of the Month!  The points will then reset and although you cannot be Member of the Month twice, there will also be a cumulative score for the end of the Key Club year (April 2010) so that you may receive more honors! 

Here’s how the point system works:

Attendance at a meeting: 3 pts

Referring a friend: 4 pts

*Chairing a Project: 10 pts

Projects:

Fundraisers: 5 pts

Walks/ Runs: 6 pts

Interclubs: 10 pts

Special/Other: 15 pts

International/Key Link (our Newsletter) submissions:

            Articles (write an article & send it)**: 10 pts

            Pictures (/ other submissions): 5 pts

Special:  There may be other opportunities to gain points. For example…

            For every $1 raised for March of Dimes, members received 1 point.

*CHAIRPERSONS:

-          MUST have attendance (sign-in), description, pictures, scraps (partial credit not given)

-          If you are the only person at the event, you are automatically chairperson (if you have the description, pictures and scraps)

**note: This is usually about a certain project—or something like in the Iolian.  A hint is that if you are a chairperson, you can write an article about the project and use it as your description!  That is already 20 pts + whatever type of project it is!
